Before any development is brought to the investor full due diligence is carried out by ourselves, we do not rely on agents or other associates to assess developments, we visit all prospective and selected developments personally to ensure the due diligence is completed correctly.

Thorough assessments are carried out on both the chosen developments and the developer who is responsible to construct on our behalf or on behalf of other developers. This includes regular on site inspections of existing and previous work completed by the developers.

As a company we are committed to offering first class customer service and a seamless process for all our investors to purchase property, we feel that the experience we have in both the sales and development field ensures that this happens.

Property Solutions ensures maximum profit for our clients by selling our developments directly to the investor or acting for developers whom we have had a longstanding relationship with. We will not act as agents and do not employ middlemen who can increase prices to enhance their commissions.
